Sessions

What to expect?

I work in a non directive, person centred way. This means that our sessions will be guided by you. We will explore whatever you decide to bring and I will be there alongside you. 

 

Therapy can be a great way to give yourself the time and space, to process and work through your experiences and emotions. It can also be a place to develop coping strategies and make the changes you want to make.

What next?

It is important that we feel able to work together. In order to explore how our work might develop, I offer a free 15 minute call / video chat. 

​

During this time, we can discuss what you are looking to get out of therapy. We can also spend some time talking about your hopes and aims and what you would like to bring to our sessions.

​

I will explain how I work and how we could work together, I will of course answer any questions that you may have!

​

From then, if you think we would be a good fit, we could book in some further sessions.
